These terms govern your use of the Konnach mobile application. By installing or using Konnach, you agree to them.
1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing or using Konnach, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Use of the service
Konnach is provided as a personal and small-business productivity tool. You may use it for any lawful purpose. You may not use it to facilitate fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity.
3. Account & data
Konnach has no central account. You are solely responsible for the data you enter into the app and for backing it up if it matters to you.
4. Intellectual property
The Konnach name, logo, and source code are owned by their authors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own.
5. Limitation of liability
Konnach is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the authors disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including data loss.
6. Subscriptions
If you subscribe to Konnach Premium, billing is handled by Apple via the App Store. You can cancel any time from your Apple ID settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Termination
You may stop using Konnach at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend access to optional cloud features if you breach these terms.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
